5월 17일은 Norwegian Constitution Day 입니다. 그래서 Ballard에선 노르웨이 테마를 가진 퍼레이드를 한다고 합니다. 퍼레이드 코스는 아래와 같습니다. 퍼레이드는 2018년 5월 17일 오후6시에 시작이 되고, 퍼레이드 시작점은 "NW 62nd and 24th Avenue NW. "입니다.  퍼레이드에 참가할 일은 없지만 참가신청은 check-in station near Adams school, corner of 28th and 62nd NW이고,
